Large files above 4G that cannot be copied
For better system compatibility, the factory default format of the product is FTA32 (Microsoft's default disk format), and a single file copy does not exceed 4G. If you need to store more than 4GB files, please reset the USB flash drive format: 1. Connect the USB flash drive to the computer 2. Right-click the U disk partition and select format. 3. Select NTFS or exFAT format in the file system options. 4. Click start and finish.
No response when the U Disk is plugged into the computer
